The product needed to make accessibility assessment usable across languages while still respecting strict WCAG and DGA compliance expectations.
My Role
I helped define the product experience, structure the audit and benchmarking flows, and translate requirements into a prototype direction.
Contribution
Connected accessibility requirements, bilingual UX needs, and product workflow decisions into a foundation the team could evaluate and build from.
Outcome
The work created a standards-aligned product foundation with bilingual UX built in from the start instead of treated as a later layer.
