My Role
I owned MVP scope and delivery, aligning design, development, QA, marketing, vendor, and community work around the release.
Contribution
Defined the launch scope, kept the team focused on the highest-value experience, and coordinated delivery around journaling, mood tracking, and ad-supported flows.
Outcome
The app shipped in eight weeks with a usable first release instead of stopping at prototype stage.
